No more snow, sunny days ahead. Now, if only the Knicks can get a winning streak together.
About a week ago I hit 217 on the scale, I used to hover around 200. That did it, I increased my workouts to five days a week, 3 running, two walking. I then eliminated all snacking. I usually do that for Lent and my snacking was getting out of hand. Down to 209 now. These last 9 pounds will be hard to shed. I do feel better already.
