Went to a going away party for one of my staff. She was a good worker and person, I'll miss her. Now to find a replacement. Because so much time is spent together at work, you need a good worker and someone you can tolerate on a daily basis. I manage mostly women and so far it has worked out OK. They all want the new person to be male, but it looks like it will be a female. I don't care, I need a replacement.
