I left my Blackberry in the charger at home and realized halfway on the way to work that I didn't have my phone. Usually, I go back but yesterday I spent the day without a phone. It was liberating. I occasionally reached for it to check the time, and saw how ingrained it becomes to your habits.I receive so much internal E-Mail and news articles, so you reach and read so much that you don't even realize the "time sink" it is.
